Ready2Beach is a beach volleyball matchmaking app operated by Ready2Beach. This notice explains what we collect when you use the service.
We collect account details you provide (email, display name, password hash), identity and profile data (legal name, phone number, optional nationality/date of birth/address, skill assessment, gender, location when set), and match activity (joins, results, ratings, community posts). Legal name appears on public profiles; date of birth and address stay on your own profile only. Nationality may show as a flag with your nickname. Phone numbers are shared only with HOST or APPROVED co-participants on a match for click-to-call — never on public profiles.
We use hosting, database, authentication, and email providers to run the app (currently Vercel, Neon, Better Auth, and Resend). They process data only to provide those services.
We keep account identity while your account exists. After you delete your account, we remove your email and profile identity; match history may remain without your name as Deleted user. Password-reset tokens expire automatically.
You can delete your account from Profile (or the disabled-access screen). You can also email the contact below to ask for correction. Some records may be retained where we must keep them for security or dispute handling.
